Mission STATEMENT
Every child deserves the chance to discover what they’re truly capable of. When young players challenge themselves and learn to work as a team, they begin to understand the value of effort, resilience and giving their best lessons that stay with them long after the final whistle.
At Priory Park Football Club, we believe football is about much more than winning matches. It’s a powerful way to build confidence, character and a real sense of belonging. Our aim is to create an environment where players feel supported to improve, encouraged to compete at the highest level they can, and to be proud of the progress they make along the way.
What makes Priory Park special is that the club is run by its members and always has been. Parents who once stood on the sidelines cheering have stepped forward to become coaches, guided and supported by Kirt and the club. We’ve invested in funding their FA qualifications, Safeguarding for Children and Safeguarding for All certifications, First Aid training, and Level 1 coaching badges giving them everything they need to grow with confidence in their roles.
That same commitment now extends to our former players. Boys who joined us at U9 and are still playing at U17 are coming back to support the next generation, helping coach our younger age groups and becoming role models for those just starting their journey.
Through this shared dedication from players, coaches and families we continue to build more than teams. We build people. And together, we help every child grow not only as a footballer, but as a person.
